Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. My practice has allowed me to mentally and emotionally grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully allowing me to breathe, flow and transform. I received my 200RYT at Casa de Yoga Studios in 2014. I love to teach my students Basics, Gentle Flow and Restorative. My other certifications include the Yoga Wall training with Rosa Rendon, Yoga Hangout, and Aqua Kriya Yoga Teacher Program with Camella Nair.
I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul in my yoga classes. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
