As combat veteran and retired sergeant major, Jim has seen firsthand how a stressful lifestyle career can negatively impact relationships with a spouse or child. Jim’s unique experiences and professional training in couples therapy give him a critical skill set for helping couples strengthen their marriage and implement coping skills to support their families. Jim is a member of the American Psychological Association, American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Outside of his volunteer work, Jim enjoys traveling with family and riding his motorcycle.
