Dan has over 20 years of experience in military law enforcement and 15 years of experience as a civilian firefighter/EMT-P. His experience, coupled with his pursuit of licensure through the State of Texas for Certified Rehabilitation Counseling and Licensed Practicing Counseling, will allow him to build on his service with Texans to the Rescue. Dan is working to assist fellow law enforcement officers in navigating the stresses and traumas that accompany their careers and helping them develop healthy strategies to cope with professional and personal challenges. Dan’s personal hobbies include woodworking, restoring cars and teaching others about service animals.
